KDB develops the tirthas of the 48 Kos Parikrama of Kurukshetra, which spreads across Kurukshetra, Karnal, Kaithal, Jind and Panipat districts. It does landscaping and restoration of sacred tanks and old buildings, and provides pilgrim amenities, notably at Brahma Sarovar, Sannihit Sarovar and Jyotisar. It runs the Srikrishna Museum and the Kurukshetra Panorama and Science Centre, and organises the International Gita Mahotsav. Bhadrakali (Shakti peeth) and Sthaneshwar Mahadev are not listed here, as KDB management of them was not confirmed.
